A story

I found this short story on Teen Ink. I thought it was pretty good, so I'm going to link it here so you can read it. Sometimes reading something sad like the end of 'City of Ashes' can be nice. As long as there's still hope.

Darkness Turkey

Three Depressing stories about turkeys. They're so sad, yet absolutley hilarious. The best one is as such: Once there was a turkey. But not any more. Not on the charred remains of post-apocalyptic earth
Poor, poor turkey. Here's the link if you'd like : http://buttersafe.com/2007/11/22/three-depressing-stories-about-turkeys/

Alicia, when I saw the title of your last post, I thought you lit your hand on fire or something. Seems like something you might end up doing. And why don't you just start writing your story? This story I'm doing didn't even have a plan. Just three main characters, and a setting. I didn't even know what type of story it would be. Hell, I didn't even know what would happen beyond page 2. Ah, well, everyone has different writing styles.

I ♥ my funky heart signature thing. I could also do this ☻ SEE THE HAPPYNESS?????

What about these ♦♣♠♫♪ Hahaha, I love the number pad symbols.

My Hand Is Burning!

You know what I really hate? Swimming homework! Yes, you all heard me correctly, we get homework in Bronze Medallion! It's so unfair! I mean, okay, a little homework is alright, but we had to write a page or something on a certain topic (of course I completely forgot about it until today, so I did it all just a few minutes ago). And now my hand hurts! *Sniffle*. I hope we don't get homework from it this week, don't you Sara? *Sigh* C'est La Vie (is that how it's spelled?) I guess.

Other than that, I finished City Of Bones. I was so surprised at the twist! Sheesh! I called Emma the second I was done and was hyperventillating on the phone. Just ask her! So now I am on to City Of Ashes. I am also dying to start the first chapter of my new book, but I still haven't figured out all the teensy details for it yet, and that's what you need for a murder mystery, right? Oh well, I'm hoping it'll be ready to start soon, and then I will send whoever want the first chapter to them. Maybe I'll even print it! (the story I mean, once it's done).

Oh and one last thing. Has anyone ever noticed that everyone has their own speacial signature? I do either Alicia or Lishi and then xoxo. Emma does -Emma. Sara does --Sara. Livi does --Livi and then some funky heart. Sophie just write Soph. Cody does ~~Cola-ola or something like that. Katie just writes Katie. Jesus Shauna, I haven't seen your signature in so long, I don't know what it is! I don't care if your pet elephant named Walrus had the attention need of the planet! WRITE SO I CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT YOUR SIGNATURE IS BECAUSE YOU DIDNT SIGN YOUR LAST ENTRY! Sheesh.

Lishi xoxo

alvin...yaaayyy!

My brother rented alvin and the chipmunks and for lack of something better to do, I watched it. It is not that bad, but definitely not for our age groups. The guy playing Dave Seville was the guy who plays Earl in My Name's Earl. It was a strange movie, and it was kind of embarrassing to watch chipmunks dancing hip hop and it was also weird because the guy who plays Tobias in Arrested Development played the record producer and the antagonist.

I am kind of relieved that my piano lesson was re-scheduled till Sunday cuz I haven't practiced in a month. I wish I didn't have to do piano, but such is life.

Bravo

Bravo Sara! Bravo! I can't say that I've been this proud of you for a very long time. Certainly, get reading! They're fantastic books, and Alicia's just finished the first, so soon we'll actually be able to talk about them without hiding secrets. Hoorah!

I finally got my laptop! It's a Mac book Pro G4! It's got a huge screen, but is super thin and has tons of great applications and super fast internet! Plus, I don't have to deal with all of that Windows Vista crap PC users do. Apple all the way!

Basically, my whole P.A. day was spent sleeping, eating, visiting my Nanna and Nonno, riding my bike on the trainer, and writing. I also bought the Across the Universe soundtrack. Awesome movie!

Sara :@

Sara, I haven't been on for a while, but I read that you didn't hand in my art!!!! I don't really care that much, but is it in you locker still? I need it, I donh't want to get in trouble with Mr.D. ANyway, short blog, I just need to know the where-abouts of my fantasticle drawing that secretly sucks. If you stole it and are now trying to sell it on e-bay, sara I will kill you, but do tell me how much it's worth?
