Aaaaaaaaaaaah! I just IMDB'd the movie for Cirque Du Freak, production just started, and I was looking at the two important cast members whose characters I can even recognize as chapter 7 in the book, and guess what? JOSH HUTCHERSON is going to play Steve!

And Chris J. Kelly is going to play the main character Darren Shan.



He's not so bad. Oh well. Maybe I should actually read the series before I get too cirque du freaked out.

I'm glad we missed school even though the dance got canceled. That was my second time watching Juno, and it's fun hearing everybody's opinions on Vanessa and Mark before the movie goes on. You guys were totally wrong and I knew it from the beginning. Ha!
So my mom is reading the first Max Ride this very moment, she just started. (Thanks for lending it to me Sara.) 17 days people!

Life sucks, but at least there's good movies

Heii people,
So all of you party poopers are lucky. The dance got cancelled. So instead of hanging out with my friends while listening to loud music, we had history and art. All because the DJ didn't have time in his busy schedual to come and play our dance. Although we did go on this creepy website where you can ask it any question and it knows the answer. It knew I liked Ben which was weird.
So life sucks, but luckily to make things not as terrible, there are a myriad of good movies out there. Like the Shining for example. With a freaky little kid that says "Redrum" and a crazy dad up at a hotel in the middle of nowhere. You can't find anything better.
It's snowing out. Why are we doomed to always have crapy weaher???
Anyway I got to go, so later dudes.

Random Rant

Okey dokes, so im very bored, and its late so i cant really call anyone up or anything. So i have decided to rant. About what exactly? Im not quite sure, im just gonna let it flow. So today i brought to my brothers hockey game... and as I was standing in line listening to these two 5 year olds talk about which gun would be more useful when used to blow someones head off, i thought, whoa... these are the future gang members of canada. Seriously, one day there both gonna be in the blood or crip, shoting at random old ladys because there so desprete for crack that they go insane...

Also... Ive been pondering this since i read twilight... what are real vampires like? In each vampire story i read, its different. Do they really suck blood? Do they kill humans? Can they go out in the light? Does a stake in the heart actually kill them? Are they dead? Are they Alive? Are they beautiful like Frank and Edward? Are they ugly like Mikey and Marilyn Manson?
Seriously... I must know these things.....

Anyone who actually read this rant.... yea sorry i just wasted the last 3-5 minutes of your life (depending on how fast you read)

The Shining

So Cody and I just watched The Shining. It was pretty good, though I'm not sure it lived up to all the hype. Anyway, at least now I can say, "I've watched The Shining". There was one uncomfortable seen in the bathroom, but you know, that's Stephen King. Anyway, once again no little brothers. It's a really good story though, and definately revolutionary for 1980.
So is anyone else dying for the new books? I am! I really, really, really am!
Okay, I need to do homework now. Mostly math. I probably shouldn't have left it this late.

Shakespeare In Love

Wow Katie, riveting stuff!

So yeah, speaking of Romeo and Juliet, has anyone seen Shakespeare in Love? Don't watch it with little bro's or dads, but Mom's are okay. I just watched it, and it was good!

I'm glad Bella and Edward didn't have the same end as Romeo and Juliet in the second book. That could have been very bad. It's still an absolutely beautiful story.

I just finished my Written Part of my science project on dreams, so Katie if you haven't printed it yet, GET ON IT.

Okay, it's getting late so I'm gonna squeeze in some writing time.

Sara that version of Romeo and Juliet is awesome, I was telling you guys that after Christmas break. But does anyone listen, Nooooo. The only down point is that Leonardo Dicaprio dies at the end. I realized that about half way through the movie, and I was like nooo don't die.
So for DT, my group finally has a projecrt with a movement!!!!YAY...doon't ask I'm very bored and starved for topics.

Yea, I couldnt think of a title, so today i watch Romeo and Juliet with Leonardo Di Caprio in it, it was more modern. I never really understood the meaning of the story, I never really payed attention to it. It was actually a pretty good movie, basicaly because Leonardo Di Caprio was in it, and i wuffles him! Well back when he was young and good looking. Anywayz... yes Emma, i do like hot chocolate, infact i think I shall have some now! See ya'll! Okay, has anyone watched will it blend Chuck Norris? It's freaken awesome. They put a Chuck Norris action figure in with alll these bad dude action figures, and blend them. At the end Chuck Norris is still alive, and all the bad guys are mush. Chuck Norris has to wait to be blended, another day.

Yes that nasty story was Digital Fortress by Dan Brown, and seriously it was nasty! And Sara you're totally right about the people's expressions thing. Ah, priceless.


Yesterday I bought the Sweeney Todd soundtrack. Totally awesome dude! I love singing to it so that I can relive the movie! The second I get it on DVD, at least Sara needs to come over and watch it. While it can never be the same as it was in theatres, it'll still always be creepy.

I also bought Pride and Prejudice, Shakespeare in Love, the Lord of the Rings extended edition box set and The Fantastic Four.

I also really want to watch Penelope, Jumper, The Other Boleyn Girl, and one more I can't remember in theatres.

So my Mom is reading Eclipse, the third book in Twilight and it's absolutely horrible to relive the emotions I felt while Bella found out that she loved Edward and Jacob, and she has to make a choice. I'm so team Edward, and he just loves her so much, he's like the Phantom of The Opera where he'd do anything for her. I was very angry at Bella during that book, and I'll never like her as much again. If I was in her shoes I wouldn't take Edward for granted like she does.

Sara was the nasty story you're talking about Digital Fortress by Dan Brown? Because that book rocks! I'm currently reading another one of his awesome books called Angels and Demons.
Anyway I'm bored and I'm now going to say any random thing that comes into my mind...... Why is it sucha gray day outside? What did the groundhog predict again? What happens when our official groundhog dies? Do we replace him? Can he retire? What happens if he get's his prediction wrong? Can groundhogs get fired or laid off? Why do I keep refering to our groundhog as a he? It could be a female groundhog. Or is it like a pope thing and they have to be male? How do you spell groundhog? Is it one word or two? Why is it a groundhog? Couldn't it be another rodent ? Like a rat? Or a Capibeara? Holly Crap I'm obsesed witht his groundhog thing. I have to go now before I like EXPLODE!!!!!!

Okay, why has no one posted today? Am I the only one that has no life and too much time on their hands that I ca blog on a Sunday night? Like honestly people, stay home and do nothing for a day.
Listening to the Strombo Show, which by the way every one who lives in Canada should be listening to right now. He's talking to Gogobordello(spelling?) this awesome Ukrainian band. Cute Restaurant

So I'm sure y'all know about Jolly's. In the Crossroads Plaza. Well, the people writing this blog will. Anyway it's this Italian restaurant that always smells like olives and wine. (That's a good smell!)
So my Mom, Dad, brother and I went to eat some Gnocchi and butterfly shrimp ( For the non-vegetarians anyway) and I'm very happy about where we sat.
Just before I finished eating my food, this really cute guy (not Italian by the way, looked maybe English, or in that area) and a mid-40's companion ( maybe Dad, maybe lawyer) came and sat at the only table next to us. The old guy had wine, but Cute Guy had coke, so I assume he was definitely a few years under nineteen, but older than me still. ( I'm almost fourteen). They were going over this contract looking thing, so I think Cute Guy probably was getting signed to some sort of team, or maybe a job. I think it was like a hockey team or something.

Okay, I just wanted to brag about Cute Guy because Katie should be totally jealous of me. I'm sure even with our differing tastes you would like him. What can I say, he was really cute. Oh, and while I was talking to my Mom for the longest time during our sit at the table, Cute Guy was looking at me. I can't even remember what I was talking about. I love this Hollister sweater. I swear it must be lucky. Thank god I don't think that my Dad noticed, although he might have seen me looking at Cute Guy. It was kind of distracting you know.

So yeah. I just had to let that out.

I love Friday's!

Aaaaaaah Friday. The day that begins our weekend. While Saturday forever remains my favourite day of the week, Friday definitely doesn't suck. Well, for Cody it does. (Can't wait to read those memoires!)
Although nothing special happened today, and the school portion felt extremely slow, it's still Friday. The Cure seem to like it, Friday, I'm in Love anyone? So let's take a moment to commemorate this wonderful day of the week.

Now that that's over, I think I should mention that I'm currently writing a story, and it's not easy to focus with this computer. I need a laptop. And it needs to be a Mac. Honestly. But my parents keep telling me that to get an apple computer I'll have to wait months. MONTHS! How can I possibly wait that long? Now if I wanted a PC (which suck by the way if you haven't noticed), I'll get one very soon. The unfairness! How can they torture me so? I fear waiting much longer will drive me so crazy that I'll beg Cody and Sara to throw me in a ditch by the side of the road! (I have no idea what that means, I'm too tired, but you can make up your own meaning if you want.) Rant over.

I to have been reading lots & lots of books lately, Of course, it only took me a week to finish the Twilight trilogy, and I am now reading Salums Lot, but the one and only Stephen King, ya ok, so hes a freak, but so am i, therefore i read his books, I bet by now like half of you have stopped reading because im so boring... oh well, SEE YA PPLZ!!!

Chris Botti Rocks Massey Hall!!!!

Hey every one,
Okay, so you know how I went to that Chris Botti concert at Massey Hall last night? Well, It was awesome! They opened the show with a comedian, which at the time I thought was kind of weird, but it was a good idea. He was really funny, and he got everyone in a great mood for the show. The trumpet player(Chris Botti) could play so well that I sometimes thought he wasn't playinga trumpet, but he was playing a flute. The guitarist could play so fast that I thought he was going to explode. It was amazing, and his guitar was fire engine red. The bassist was really good, and he could play really fast. The pianist was playing so fast at one part, that I couldn't see his hands. The drummer had so much control, that he could hit every symbol really, really fast, but he would barely tap them. The singer was on American Idol or something, and she had an amazing voice, she could hit the high notes the trumpet was hitting, but she would sing so quietly you could barely hear. It rocked!
Has anyone else's tutor missed 3 weeks in a row, because mine has, and I woke up early tis morning, because she said she would be there, even though I was up really late last night, and she wasn't there, so if you're reading this, please show up next week!

Going to some jazz concert, and to Green Jeans for a wonderful dinner and milkshake. I think the jazz dude's name is like Chris Botti or something, but I know he plays the trumpet. Anyway, I'll be at Massy Hall all night. FUN!!!

Twilight Movie!

Stephenie Meyer just updated her website, and has pictures of the actors who are to play the Cullens in the Twilight Movie.

Robert Pattinson doesn't look as bad as I thought. He's still not my imaginary Edward though. You might recognize the actor from playing Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet Of Fire, I hope he doesn't speak with an English accent, he's not supposed to. They have Edward's wardrobe perfect though.



From left to right : Emmet played by Kellan Lutz, Rosalie played by Nikki Reed, Esme played by Elizabeth Reaser, Edward played by Robert Pattinson, Carlisle played by Peter Facinelli, Alice played by Ashley Greene, and Jasper played by Jackson Rathbone.

Does anyone recognize what character Nikki Reed plays on the O.C. ? I can't figure it out, but she does. Alice better be as fun loving on screen as in the book, and hopefully Jasper's hair will thin a little on screen. I think Carlisle's pretty good, though Esme kinda looks lop-sided. Emmet doesn't have as much hair as I pictured.

I'm really sorry guys, but I think I'm going to have to see the movie. Because now I can't wait!

Forks and Quileute Schools

Hey, who's read Twilight? If you haven't shame on you, and you should go and buy it.
So there's a main character (mostly book 2 and 3) named Jacob and he's part of the Quileute tribe in LaPush Washington state. I just found the school he goes to.

Hey Again!

Okay, randomness example number 1:

My name is Maple. I'm a Jack Russel Terrier and I'm four years old. I'll be five in April. am a dog. Quite frankly you need to get help if you didn't notice that. I have a patch over my ear, and another over my ear and eye. My eyes are brown. In the summer, you can see spots on my belly that look like a cows. Only smaller. Because I'm smaller. Duh I don't even reach Emma's knee.

About Me:

I enjoy soccer (I'm defence), Hopping like a bunny through snow, and chasing my tail.

Activities:

I like to play with my 'tuggy', my purple squish ball, and any stuffed animal that my brother Michael has lying on the floor. I wonder if they like playing pretend hockey or getting chewed better. I know which I prefer for them.

Favorite Toys:

My favourite foods are my Iams, cheese (holey, strong, old, fondu or string I'll eat it. Except maybe the fondu.) , chips, and the occasional lick of peanutbutter.

Favorite Food:

The classic milkbone always does the trick, but sometimes it's nice to indulge in a little rawhide.

Favorite Treats:

My chair, Emma's lap, Mom's lap, in front of the fire, and Grammy's house.

Favorite Places:

I decided not to pursue training further than the basics. I simply was not interested in rolls, obstacles, or snotty french dogs. I sit, lie down, and stay. I swear that's all you'll ever need to know.

Tricks:

Alone time, sleeping, play time, sleeping, eating, sleeping, visiting Missy, sleeping, the fire, sleeping and oh yeah- belly rubs!

Likes:

Big dogs who think that if they ignore me I'll go away. It's not that simple giants! If I had the option, I would bark a you all day! You'd crack eventually, and maybe you'd even show some spunk! I bet you don't fight me because you think that I'm too small! Maybe in size, but not in attitude! I'll take you anyday! Woof!

Yeah, my dog. And sorry for all of my comments about Pickles. Sometimes I just get carried away and seriously, a little dill never hurt anyone!

Welcome To Our Town

I'm pleased to show you our new blog. I hope you like it. Actually, it's only my blog so far, but believe me it will catch on. I'm waiting to hear back from people. I'm just writing this to get us started. A test run you could say.
