Still Waiting

Ok so, my email or Christines email, or the WHOLE INTERNET is spazzing out and I still don't have the promised pictures that are indeed the extent of my twilight craziness. I don't know if I told you guys about these cupcakes but they are awsome. And they were so fun to make. We almost hid them from Cody to, untill I left the stupid pattern out!!!!!!!!! So still waiting for those. And I will post the pics of us with our respective cupcake look-alikes.(Guess who I am, not by choice) I get two, but one isn't a look alike.

So on Wednesday you totally kicked my but at the free Cody. I'm sure you would have beat me at the 50 Breast if you hadn't missed your race. I still have permanent marker on my arm from the races and my back still says GO Bears. I will see you Tuesday afternoon when I am sure you will kick my butt once again.

I have a Dance concert on Saturday and a stupid project for Geography due tuesday. Lucky for me I don't have to present till Thursday.

I really like your idea Livi. I want to read that book if you make it!!!! You guys are all so creative. I can't write anything creative at all. The only thing I've ever written is I rewrite some book endings if I dont like them. They are really bad too. At least I think so. I have rewritten The last Harry Potter ending (badly), The Eldest ending (never finished it was so bad), The New Moon Ending (really bad). You guys write entire books. Its awsome.

I had been thinking that all of us should put together an anthology kinda thing of poems and short stories and the like. We could all write some stuff, or present things we already have and put it into a nice, lovely book. Wouldn't that just be oodles of fun? Oh and Lishi? I told some friends at school about the word of doily, and they love it. Doily was someones motto for the day.

I'm Still Alivveeeee!!!

So, the title says all. I know I have been MIA for a while, but I promise I still walk the face of the Earth; I haven't dropped off it or anything. Lots of stuff has been going on lately. I been reading religiously, and Emma, I will read your chapter soon, I'm sorry. I thank you guys for reading mine and sending me feedback, especially Cody and Emma. Sara, you read, but refuse to give me feedback *sighs*. Jkz jkz.

Unfortunately, unless there is a developement I don't know about, York isn't going to the meet on Wed. Our coach doesn't think we're good enough because not enough people are showing up. So hopefully we'll be going to another one so we can go to finals.

Anywhoodles, lately I've been pretty busy. The homework load lightened up a bit, thank god, but my English teacher is a constant homework assigner. There's no doubt, I think we've only had one class so far where she didn't assign any. The last homework she assigned was fun though, we had to write a poem and it didn't have to rhyme. Skip over this next part if you don't want to read it, but here it is:

Who Are You???

Hey everyone.
Has anyone besides me noticed that teachers give you the most homework when you have the least time to do it??? That is what they did to me this weekend. I had 22 textbook questions in various subjects and I have a stupid movie review due thursday and NO TIME TO DO IT!!! At least I have it better than Cody. So on Sunday we had my grandparents 50 aniversary party. I met all these people that knew me and they were like
"Oh, Jeanette! I knew you when you were this high"
and then I was like
"Oh, Hi!" and in my head "Who are you????!"
Turns out about half of the people there were my cousins and I didn't know most of them. On the plus side, we had 5 people staying at my house last night so my brother had to sleep on the floor in my dad's office! I can't wait for Wednesday, Cody, Are you swimming the 50 fly still? Also do you know which relay you are swimming? My brother is going to a Leafs game tonight with my cousins and my dad so I get Peace and Quiet for once!!!! I guess I will finish my homework and stuff. On Friday I had to go to school, on a PA day! I did an 8 hour Standard First Aid course. And I still have to do the other half. Is anyone from York going to the Wednesday swim meet? If you are I will see you there.
OH I relize that this post is really random and not at all in order. I am in business class and am writing as this stuff comes into my head.
If any of you come to see my school play, I am doing the make-up for the play. Also it is set in the 80's so the costumes are really out there.
I will post those pictures I have been promising as soon as Christine sends them to me. They are quite funny, ask Cody or Katie.

Hello too all!!!
This weekend is so busy for me! I have such a huge pile of homework that, when my grandfather flew in from Calgary yesterday, I couldn't see him over the top of it, and he is a very tall man! Currently I am taking a break from English homework and chapter summaries to bring you this post.
I can't wait for a swim meet on Wednesday when I get to see Jeanette! My front crawl race is in the morning so hopefully I won't be as tired as the one from Tuesday. Yes Alicia the only reason you won was because I had to swim an IM before hand. Well maybe you still would've won. But I plan on improving my time even more on Wednesday!
As for Twilight. I thought it was pretty good, but it didn't live up to my expectations. I honestly thought the girl who played Bella did a great job. She had the right amount of emotion in my mind. However, Edward was an emotional wasteland. He barely seemed to show anything at all. And the scene in the biology room? he just looked like he was making-out with his hand, not like he was genuinely pissed off at Bella.
Well, that's all I have to say, and Emma, I'm sorry I've become lax in my feedbacking to your chapters, I just got swamped recently with four projects and a few tests, and will read them the second I get the chance!<3

Twilight (Finally)

So today I finally saw Twlight! I went to Yorkdale with Alicia&Sophie and a bunch of other people from Memo who we found on the way and all sat down to watch Twlight. Now I've heard everything from "It was the worst movie ever." to "I've watched 4 times and it's AMAZING." now I really wanted to know what I would think of it once I saw it, trth be told, I thought it was very good.

Now, obviously it wasn't AMAZING, but everyone knew it wasn't going to be as good as the book, the book will always be bettter. But I was so worried for Edward and he actually turned out to be my favorite and Bella being my least favorite. She lacked the emotion I was looking for. Edward in my opinion was really good, and in many points of the movie fit my Edward description, not exactly in looks, but just the way he acted, but I'm going to admit freely I think he's hot. The one major thing that bugged me was the Cullen house, it was WAY to modern. Other then that, all in all, very good. I will be buying it on DVD when it comes out one day.

Any hoodles, besides the Twlight world I do have other thing going on in my life, I just really wanted everyone to know how I felt about it. On Tuesday we had a swim meet at Weston, So I got to see our buddy buddy Cody! I also had to swim with oven mits on for the "silly race". Thrusday we had a half day which i spent at yorkdale with some of my hommies, and then today I went back to Yorkdale to watch twilight with some of my other hommies. So i've been spendin alot of time over in yorkdale.

One last thing before I tootle off, last Friday i went to see Dirty Dancing, and I must say it was AMAZING. If any of you watch Life With Derek, the main character Casey was playing the main roll in Dirty Dancing as Baby. It was so good, and I recommend you to see it.

A Long Long Time Ago!!!!!!!

O.K. Im back!!!! I have been insanly busy and that is jsut going to eget worse so sorry about that. So I went to see Twilight. I thought that most of it was really great. The only part I didn't like was that charecter of Edward got really creepy at parts. Afterward Cody, Katie, and 2 of my other friends got to see my surprise. I'll post pictures (Once Christine send them to me!!!!!). Cody I am swimming the 50 fly so be prepared. I'm so going to beat you!!!!!!!! Just kidding, you are "the Tank" or is it "the Filter"? Well whichever. Cant wait to see whoever is there. As an added bonus I get to miss geography, and Health class. Oh yeah and Business class. I don't want to miss Science though. So thats all thats new with me. Once January is here you will not hear from me to often, I have dancing 5 hours a week for the Ukranian Youth Festival. Oh one more piece of news. I am doing the make up for the school play. Thats all now I promise. See you all later.

I mean, which title sounds better for Max and Fang's relationship, especially the way he keeps talking about it on their new blog? I mean, his relationship status says: It's Complicated. Intrigue! Unfortunately we must wait until March...

New U2 album comes out in February!

Goatstock at my school is next week Thursday before our PA Day, parent/teacher interviews are tomorrow afternoon so I get out of school at lunch, and Friday is a new Miscellaneous at lunchtime!

Twilight!

I honestly thought Twilight was an okay movie. Emmet is the shit, and will always be the shit!
Well I just thought I'd let everyone know that I've joined the swim team at my school, adn am going to the meet at the Olympium on the 10th of December. Are any of my York CI friends going? Jeanette and I are going, and I plan to beat her in any races we have together. I'm joking Jeanette, you'll probably beat me in all of them.
If any of you have the strange urge to read the story "Lives of the Saints" I want you to know that it's a good story, just don't read it for school. When you have to think about it too much it's annoying. We actually have an online forum where we just talk about the book.
Emma I'm going to read your chapter tonight, I haven't checked my email for a few days.

Choreographic Workshop, Twilight, and Sara's Noticed Lack of Blogs

I attempt to blog when I can, but because no one else blog's much, I have to wait before the page just becomes a blog of posts by me. I concur though. Blog please, because sometimes I start to wonder if you guys are still alive.

So I had my school's big Choreographic Workshop on Friday. You may have already seen some pictures on Facebook, but I thought you all should know that I'm going to buy a DVD of the performance, and show it at our next movie night! *Warning, performance includes monumental amounts of twitching, insanity, and The White Stripes.*



After our performance, we took our time getting the teasing out of our hair and the crazy makeup off of our faces. When my Mom, brother and our friends got out of the auditorium, we all met up and talked to my teacher Ms. Hogg about our performance. Then, Mom, Michael, Blaire, Kathryn, Thomas, Jessica, other Emma, and ME Emma took two different trips to the Queensway movie theatre. We stood in line for Twilight and I saved our seats when everyone else went to get food which included Yogen Fruz and Gummie Bears! We had to run to save those seats by the way, and they turned out pretty well.
Twilight was an okay movie. I liked all of the actors except for Kristen Stewart (Bella), Robert Pattinson (Edward) and possibly Taylor Lautner (Jacob). Basically everyone who we love in the book series sucked in the movie. It was really funny at times, and really corny at others. Like when Edward is staring at Bella in the chemistry lab. Just sucked at times, and the camera angles were awful, especially at the beginning. By the way, something I'm ABSOLUTELY DEPRESSED about is something VERY VERY FUNNY AND IMPORTANT that they LEFT OUT OF THE MOVIE!!!

Anyways, I had a writing, hockey and Starbucks day yesterday. Can you guys start reading my story again? The more you read, the more excited to write and finish the story I am. Please? Cody's been great, Sara's been trying, Sophie's given up, and I'm not sure what keeps happening with Alicia. I just want to know that you guys still like my story.

We have to get together to see Twilight in theatres, mock, laugh, and add our own dialogue!!!

Lack Of Blogs

I just have one question for all of you, why was it then when we saw each other everyday and went to school with each other everyday we blogged EVERYDAY, but now that we never get to see each other anymore we NEVER blog? I mean, I miss all of you and i want to know what's going on in your lives, so BLOG!

Garsh, some people. Anywho's in other news, I'm overflowed with yucky homework, we currently have a music project that we actually have to present infront of another grade 10 class, and so far i've got nothing on my part (Alicia I know when you read this you'll kill me) but I can't come up with lyrics for our song.

But other then school there's one thing that's driving me insane. I want to see Twilight!! How come it seems everyones getting to see it BUT me? And what sucks is that everyone is saying its amazing and I can't list my opinion! Hopefully as Emma suggested before, we could all go as a group and watch it.

Well I bestest be off, I've some So You Think You Can Dance to watch (Nico♥).

Sorry I haven't blogged in so long! but at least I'm not the only one. I am still incredibly busy. I have a gigantic science test worth 50% of my grade on wednesday and I am starting to swim tuesday moring etc. I just wanted to say that I had a great time at take your kid to work day. I went to the hospital with my mom and I got to do a cool experiment and hear some people talk about there jobs, I also got free breakfast and lunch and won a 10 give certificate to McDonalds jsut for showing up. they also gave us all a leafs t-shirt, candy a pen a stuffed animal butterfly and some coupons. Emma your day was better than mine but I get to take home lots of cool stuff. Well have to go study!

Take Your Kid To Work Day

Hey everybody, so I'm assuming you all went to work with your parents. Well, I'm sorry, but mine was better.

This morning I went downtown to my Dad's new building. We met some people, then went for a Starbucks. I sat in ten minutes of an acronym filled meeting which I didn't understand, then ran to catch the tour bus for the kids.
And who did I meet on the bus? But my friend from my class at school Maddie, and my friend Thomas' girlfriend Jessica! It was very very coincidental, because we all happened to be sitting in the same area of the bus. So we laughed, got people to wave at us, and yelled at people to try and get the eerie silence of the bus to die.
We did this huge tour of the three CanWest Buildings. First we ate Timbits, and took pictures with the 90210 poster in the Barber Green building. We went behind the scenes of ET Canada, and then a group of us went onstage and met Rick Campenneli. (I hope that's how you spell it.)

We did the traffic, learned how to work the weather screen (we made the entire USA so windy and cold that you can't see it anymore.) I even read an entertainment newscast off a teleprompter.
Then we watched an epsisode of the Global TV Show 'The Guard' that would air on TV for the first time later tonight. It only arrived at the studio this morning.
Duncan Clarke and another journalist from the National Post talked to us about life as a reporter and working on a paper. We got these special newspapers printed with our faces on them and an article about our trip.
We saw a really hot construction guy, and played Are You Smarter Than A Canadian Fifth Grader? On our way to Dose online magazine. We went into their offices and saw a Rise Against poster, and chatted with them all about Twilight. I even won a prize pack with t-shirts and stuff by answering a trivia question.

Maddie got to film a movie of Jessica and I in front of our whole group. It was a spoof of Heroes. I was invisible woman. I ran at Jess and dissappeared so she looked around wildly. Because of the fact that she's fire woman, she made a flame in her hand, but I attacked her and she exploded! It only took two minutes to make those awesome special effects!

It was a lot of fun, and now I'm sad to go back to school tomorrow! Jess is coming to the choreographic workshop Thomas and I have to do, and after that we're going to watch the Twilight movie, so not all good things come to an end!!!

14!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay!!!!!!!!!! I'm finally 14!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys are lucky your bdays are in the warm months! My weekend was kind of ok. I got cake and my friend Rebecca came over, I got an ipod radio, the first 3 twilight books, and clothes, oh and a dog pencil sharpener. It was pretty good but I kept having to go back and forth to Sunnybrook hospital because me grandma is there for some kind of test.
On Friday I had to go to the dentist. Wow I saw before and after pictures of my teeth braces work wonders!
On Sunday I had to go to a dance concert and sell Bay cards for $5 each and you get 15% off any item on Nov 1. It was for costumes though so I can't complain. My mom is one of the costume ladies!
Then in between all of that I had to finish my Great Expectations project, finally its done though and I'll never have to touch that dumb book again.

Splish Splash (and no expectations)

Hey everyone

So I'm really excited!!!! I joined the MCI swim team today. I have been waiting for like years to join a school swim team. Hey Alicia maybe I'll see you at a swim meet. Your on the team right? So incase you haven't figured it out Splish Splash is swimming

No expectations is because I (finally!!!) finished Great Expectations the most boring book ever. I just have to do a creative response now. Which I am currently doing in the form of a recipe book. And as an added bone-us (if you cannot see where this is headed then where were you for my other posts?) BAILEY IS COMING TONIGHT!!!!

And I saw you guys Katie and Emma on TV! It was awsome. I would watch So you think you can dance as well but my first school dance is tommorrow. I might tape it. Have a great weekend everyone! I know mine will be great 14 here I come!!!

I'm Not Dead

So it's been a while since I've posted, and I apologize. I've been busy every second, and those few breaks I took to read and write. Emma, I have read the ninth chapter but haven't had time to send feedback, and I apologize. I have a million projects going, swim team on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, Concert band on Wednesday morning and Stage band on Thursday afternoon. I'm a little overflowed.

I just finished my french project, due tomorrow. Then I have to do an English paper due Thursday, and I have to do it all tomorrow because I haven't even started it yet. *Smacks forehead at own procrastination*. I really should have started it, but I just couldn't bring myself around to it. So I probably won't be able to send feedback for you Emma until Friday or the weekend. I'll try my best to send by Sunday.

In my free time (yes I do have some) I am continuing writing, so don't think I have stopped. I'm almost done the next chapter of Among The Trees, and hopefully it will be along by the end of this weekend (if Bronze Cross doesn't ruin that dream :P) Emma and Katie, it's so cool that you were on TV. I didn't get to see it unfortunately. What HSM stars were there? Jeanette, in case I don't blog in the next four days, I am wishing you a happy birthday now. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO BE!!! And now I must go shower and practice trumpet >.> I will try my best to blog again soon!

Breakfast Television!

As you know, this morning Katie and I were on BT with our school and the stars + choreographer of High School Musical. Now, you know I don't love the movies much, but the people were really nice.
I woke up at 5:00, and laid drifting in and out of sleep until 5:30 when I had to get up. It's my Dad's birthday, so Mom had a banner put up for him and his presents out, and we shared coffee with him super early in the morning.
I got to school, and sat with some friends, freaking out that Kheyla wouldn't arrive on time. She did (thankfully).
We talked to Jennifer Valentine, I was on TV, I was asking a question when a girl interrupted me... It was an interesting morning. And now I shall watch Pushing Daisies, plan my 'club chic' clothes for So You Think You Can Dance tomorrow, and write write write write write.
If I had any hope left, I would tell everyone but my ever faithful Cody to read read read.

YAY!!!!!

Wow you guys are so lucky to be on TV. Im going to be watching. I might get to be on Rogers tv if they film one of my sporting events of the teams i want to be on. So are you guys doing take your kid to work day. Im going to the hospital with my mom though I don't get to go where she works. I get to do a tour program and talk to lots of people. Homework is not a lot right now thank goodness. and my Bday is in 4 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im excited. Unfortunatly I have a dance concert and Project to do that weekend. Oh well. Costume dance on thurs. And Bailey is coming to visist. YAY!!!!!!!!!

WOOHOO

To start off, I should say that my 'Woohoo' has nothing to do with your current situation Olivia. I knew way before what was going on with George, and I have to say, you are so much better off now. You're strong.

So, my 'woohoo' is actually about my life. I love that fact. So, today, I went with my parents to the Toronto Fall Bike Show. Then we went to a pub for lunch, and I got a Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks on the way home. I worked on my theory homework in the car. Key signatures, the Circle Of Fifths and stuff.

BUT the exciting stuff is what's going on this week.
On Tuesday morning, I have to be at school at 6:45 AM. Very early. But there's a good reason. We're going to be on Breakfast Television! Jennifer Valentine and Live Eye are going to see SPLASH perform, and talk about life at an arts school. And guess who else just has to be there? Two stars from High School Musical.
The day after, my Musical Theatre class specifically gets to be in the front of the audience for the results show taping of So You Think You Can Dance Canada? The show will air the day after, on Thursday at its regular time.

Despite the huge workload including mime homework, and my extra dance group where we convulse to The White Stripes in preperation for our special dance Choreography workshop, I LOVE ESA!

Shocker..

Well, It's official everyone. A few minutes ago, George and I broke up. Ah well, times will change I suppose, but I'm oddly not crushed by it. It was getting kinda long and drawn out anyway. But we are still friends and I'm happy for that. He did have the courage to do it in person at least. So all in all, I'm not that sad now, but I might be later. Oh well. I still Love you The Girl From Mars!

Finally Got It!

If your wondering what I finally got, it's the new Rise Against CD, I got it yesterday and I've been listening to it non stop for the last 24 hours. My favourite song on it is Hero of War, I'm guessing the only person who can relate is probably Emma, but it's so amazing I had to tell the world.

Today my mom took me shopping and I got two new sweaters which are very soft and comfy and a new pari of converse (woot!) there blue plaid and pretty, and a pair of emu boots that aren't exactly emu boots but they look exactly the same.

I can't wait for our dance either! It's this Friday and even though I've already been to a dance this year I'm still extremely excited for this one because I'll actually know some people at this one.

Well I bestest be off, I have to walk my doggie dog and then probably start on my English paper that's due soon. Tootles ♥

I Almost Died From Lack Of Phones And Internet

I'm assuming at least one of you experienced the same problem. Most likely Sophie because she lives closest. Since Friday night, just before karate, to early this morning, the phone lines and internet have been down. We don't know why, but Bell called us and explained it wouldn't be fixed until today. Which meant that we've been using our cellphones and NO INTERNET for the past almost THREE DAYS!!!! OUCH IT HURTS!

But it's back now. Hurray! I'm currently catching up on internet thingy-ma-bobs and watching the last episode of season one of Pushing Daisies. It's awesome and quirky and I love Kristen Chenowith as Olive. Yes, the character's name is Olive.

Oh, Jeanette, ESA's official end of the year musical is Urinetown. Look it up on Youtube, and you will understand. I have to work on research for my Geography essay, and then I'm heading up to my Aunt Jackie's house for Givens' family Thanksgiving.

In case your wondering what has me so annoyed, it my brother. On Monday @ scouts he fractured his knee and now when we go to my aunt and uncles for Thanksgiving dinner I have to entertain him. Hurrah. Well, in other news, I may try out for the part of Mrs malloys assistant in the matchmaker. If anyone wants to see it I will tell you when tickets go on sale (much later) and when it is. So what play is ESA doing? I mean musical??I cant wait for my school dance! it is in 11 days? I think, anyway its on the 23 and I cant wait. Has anyone seen the final twilight trailer?? its really awsome!! So have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!

This commercial I am watching is correct. Toaster Strudel TOTALLY blows Strawberry PopTart out of the water. PopTarts destroy my teeth. I'm tired. This paragraph is too random. I'm pretty much falling asleep here... I have to get my hair cut again. I'm probably gonna get some bangs put in and a bit more layered.

Sorry about the title I just had to let jeanette know she shouldn't hate her knees because they are unbelieveably sexy. Yes that's right your new nickname is sexii knees okaii? SOund of Music looks cool but I hate musicals. Hate them. And if anyone has yet to witness the Agitated Octopus let me assure it was worth waiting for.
I had five tests in the period of two days. It was insane. Just finished the last one and went to a volleyball game though. WESTON TWO CLAPS AND A GUNSHOT!!! *clap**clap* BOOM! and BAM that was our cheer!

Graduation

Well the mysterious homework load has disappeared!!!! I finished it all!!! Now I have a free weekend, well not really but oh well. We are having a garage sale ( maybe on saturday and sunday we are having a BBQ thingy. But for the first time since school started no math homwork!!! I don't have to think about Polywhatsits and Integer thingys all weekend. I do have a music test this afternoon and im kind of nervous. but i should be fine. *crosses fingers* So i now have to go to Physiotherapy twice a week so the Physiotherapist can give me excersices and run an electric current thing through my knee which really tickles! I have some random Patella tracking disorder. it annoying. oh well 6 weeks and it will be gone. So hope everyone is having a good week and will have a good weekend. about 2 weeks till thanksgiving! and like 3 till our first dance. I can't wait!!!

First Day Of October!

Yay! We're here, in October. The air flows cool, the colours grow warm, the scents are of gourdes...

Today I had my first dance evaluation. I don't get to find out how well- or not well- I'm doing until my first report card though. I feel pretty good about it though, especially for not having any prior experience. Drama class was fun today. I danced a lot, laughed a lot, kicked Rebecca a lot. It was good! You have no idea how one cup of coffee first thing in the morning can make my day so much better!

Sara, I have to let you know that my wonderful mother has already pre-ordered our copy of Appeal To Reason. And there is still no way that this Oscar kid is more obsessed than Rise Against than I am. Did he fly to San Fransisco, California, USA to see them in a fabulous concert where they played a gorgeous Swing Life Away as the encore? No. I didn't think so.
Alicia, if you'd like I can burn The Sufferer and The Witness next time you come over to my house. When you give me that awesome friends DVD you made me.

You all better love the movie Stardust. Well, if you've read the original book of it, you should know that the author is Neil Gaiman. His, The Graveyard Book just came out, and here is a fantastic video of poetry reading he read. It's instructions on what to do if you fall into a fairy tale. It's very good advice people. Listen closely.

Yippee Its A New CD!

Omgoshhhhh! Emma I have been excited for this album since... well a long time, I'd say atleast two weeks! I've listened to the new song alot and its amazing and I'm currently counting down the days till it comes out!

Also, our new friend Oscar worships Rise Against so me and him have been sharing our excitement for the new album since I realized he loved them even more then I did. Now my plan is to beg my dad to let me pre order it so that I get it the day it comes out.

Onto another topic... Uhhh... This house has got a depressing mood in it because my Nonno's in the hospital and were all really worried for him because it came out the blue, but i'm praying he's going to be okay ♥♥♥

I'm Drowning, In Homework

So if for the next few days you dont hear from me it will be because I have drowned in my homework and will not resurface untill the weekend. I have homework in every single subject, that include gym!!!!!!!!! I can't belive it! 25 days til my bday! 23 days till the first school dance! 24 days till the first pa day! and a late start tommorrow. Plus all my clubs seem to be starting this week, Prefects, Martingrove Stage Company(MSC), and the ERT. I can't wait to find out what show were doing, all I know is its not a musical. I will tell you all what were doing as soon as I know. I hate my Geography Teacher Mr. Bailey! He assigned this big map project, we have to create a pear shaped island. He couldn't pick something simple shaped like a square or a circle, no, he picked a pear. My pear, looks like a bowling pin! Then since he was away on the day it was assigned, he told us today that we couldn't use made up symbols though the supply told us were were suposed to be creative. So I finished the map part for today and then was told I had to redo the whole map cus I made up a whole system then had to do it again!!! ARGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So this pear island has a vampire living in a masion on a hill so I decide my vampire would be a veggie vampire. LOL! Cool project idea but, ARGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok so rant of the day is over. I hope everyones day was better than mine. I'm currently watching Dancing with the Stars, second best show ever!!!! Gilmore girls is the best. They have a Hannah Montana Star on it not kidding, hes 18 and has no attention span. Agitated Octopus!!!!! Sorry inside joke!

I felt that I should acknowledge the last day of September; our last day of the first month of high school. Wow.

That's an awesome commercial Alicia- I've seen it before, but you're right about the fact we can't watch it too many times. I'd love to have that song too.

OCTOBER 7! Rise Against's new album Appeal To Reason comes out! Sara I know you're excited. EVERYONE should watch this FAWESOME video. Listen to the lyrics, know what it's about. They're such a proactive band. The single is called Re-education (Through Labor).

Aphrodite ehh?

I think it is hilarious that u were Aphrodite, cuz of the House of Night series, where Aphrodite was a Hag from Hell that was super selfish with screwed parents. Heyy guys,
I have tons of homework too Jeantte too, don't worry. I have to make a too scale diagram of the solar system, and do a fact sheet on constellations. I have a giant french project that I have to start working on, and I have to memorize the presentation. I have about four English thingss going on, one of which I have to explain what's going on in my head. And on top of that I have a business test coming up. I am completely burnt out.

Livi, I have cowboy boots, but I think they were my dad's froma long time ago, and they're really small. Sorry, but they odn't even fit me. You can come try them on if you want though, or I can look cuz I think we have another pair.

Tamakwa was amzing. We had these groups named after Greek Gods, and I as Aphrodite. We had the best cheer, and definetly said it the most often, but we came in last anyways. The dance was great and you know what was scary? Guys fast danced. It was crazy! And in the talent show all the grade twelve guys started stripping (yes I have it on video). Honest to Blog!

Books Books Books! I love Books!

Hi Guys,
So I just finished Brisinger! Anyone else finished? If not I promise I wont give anything away! It was good. I still like Eldest better though. So in homwork, I have math, I hate polynomials, English, I have to read Great Expectations, and I hate Pip, and Geography, I have to design an island shaped like a pear, except it looks more like a bowling pin. Oh and Buisness, I have to do a powerpoint on who I am. It is very weird. I dont like my buisness teacher she marked me absent when I was in class, and she explains everything too much. So thats all I have to say. Except, I think the last Inheritance book will be called Empire and be green. Oh I have these theroies that My friend Lauren ( who goes to ESA as well) sent to me. If anyone wants to read them tell me and I'll send them to you. Everyone have a good weekend.

I say we all band together and write Christopher Paolini a VERY stern letter. It shall start: Dear Mr. Paolini... You can't choose titles to save your life, which you may need to do because I will KILL YOU if you don't choose a non-crappy title for your next book. GOT IT?

Anywayses, I need some name consideration. What name sounds better: Aurora Church or Sheena Drake? Maybe Ruthie Finch? The person will probably be quiet yet very tough with a small aggressive streak in her. She isn't a loud, crazy RARGHHH fighter type person. OOH!! I found the COOLEST name in the entire history of forever! Twila Knight. Ahhh that sounds AWESOME! I should use it someday... feel free to steal it if you please.

I'm a little hyper if you didnt notice already from all the capses and strage usage of grammar and all that stuffs and my terrible sentence formation. We had a crazy writing stream of thought hing in englsih today which i thought would be perfect for Sara cause it's all random crazyness that comes out of your head and goes onto paper. Is fun.

School...Blargh...

Yeah... So the weekend has finally come and I'm happy. I have stupid French,Math,English & Science homework. Math is confusing but each class I'm getting more and more used to it and learning more and it's becoming easier.

Emma, I'm sorry I haven't been able to get you the money, but I currently only possess $5 and I don't know when I'll be getting anymore so Im sorry. I tried to save up money for your book but I had to get so much stuff from school, and with Alicia and Sophies need for borrowing money off me to get cookies (even though they are the most amazing cookies ever) I no longer have enough money... so I don't know if i'll be able to buy your book.

In other news... I am once again starting Bronze Cross (Alicia is too so I'm not the only one in this mess) And I don't wanna go for the obvious reason it's alot of physical and mental work for a Sunday afternoon.

I am currently reading Untamed (the fourth book in the series Marked,Betrayed,Chosen) and so far it's pretty good, nothing special. Emma did you buy a copy? If you don't get one you can borrow it after Alicia reads it, after I read it.

I Adore Weekends!

Truly, I do. I love weekends, they rock! I have a billion assignments to work on though. Okay, only two, but still...

GRR! I hate the name of Brisingr too! Really, you couldn't go with the flow? Really. Sheesh. I am going to get it soon, and there are other books I need to get. Emma, I just need to sort a few things out, but we will start singing as soon as possible. I just have a lot of assignments right now, so as soon as I get them out of the way.

I am going to be writing more of Among The Trees soon, so prepare to send feedback people! I have also gotten another story idea, and am forming it in my handy dandy notebook (hee hee Bluesclues) and may or may not start it soon. I'm debating whether or not I should write it while I'm writing Among The Trees, or after I'm done. What do you guys think? Please let me know.

Thursday Thursday

So today was pretty good. I had dance class first thing in the morning, and I have to say that I thought I did pretty well. I even got a small compliment from Ms. Hogg on the floor work. That made me feel way better about it. And then we got to swear in drama class. And next week we get to be little people making tea for a giant.

Sara and Alicia are the two people who've told me they're buying my book. Next time I see you please! And Alicia, when do you want singing lessons to start? It's up to you. But on Tuesdays.

Don't have much to say today. Pretty tired, but about to work on some more of my story. Anyone read chapter 7 and 8 yet? I can't wait for your feedback, so I hope you can get that to me soon. It will start to get better very soon, when they make it to the cottage. Trust me. Way better.

Ok so I found this game call Flood It! it is so addicting. I play it all the time. I just finished City of Bones! it is really good. hey Cody do you have City of Ashes? Can i borrow it if you do??? Also is anyone reading brisinger. I preordered it and im getting it tonight. I hate the title!!! What a stupid name!! I think it should have been Empire. If you haven't read Eragon and Eldest but want to (i dont know if everyone has read it) this could be a spoiler. Finally it seems that my complaining on the blog has paid off! Thank you Alicia and Sara for promising that you will soon be buying Into The Night. I just need to know about Sophie and- Olivia? I'm not sure. But thank you anyhow.
As a status update on my first novel, Within Hewitt Manor, I earned $33.77 from our 11 purchased copies. As the recently sent out press release circulates, hopefully that will draw more attention to both Within Hewitt Manor and Into The Night.

Today was exhausting. I had a lot of homework. Theory class is testing, but so far the work's been okay. I actually like Science right now which is surprising, Geography's alright too. I love English and my Drama Elective class best so far though. Even Dance class seems to be okay, though its straining physically and requires a ton of equipment and discipline.
Karate starts tomorrow, so I guess Alicia and Sara decided that they won't be coming. If you want, you can still sign up for next week, but do it fast. Victoria and I are going to get ahead of you!

Oh, The End Of The Weekend...

Yes, end of the weekend. How sad. I'll be tired tomorrow, I hate Mondays. I hope you guys have read Among The Trees and liked it. I only got feedback from Sara, but I know that Emma tried. The rest of you didn't (poo on you.) I just sent all of Chapter 1, so hopefully I'll get a bigger response this time.

Other than that, I don't have much to say. The end of my murder mystery will be coming soon, I can feel the need to write it coming into my writer's veins (lol). So, Soph and Sara I will see you tomorrow at 7:40, and the rest of you, hopefully I see you soon.

First Day of Highschool...Sort of

So, today was all of our first day of school, (i know my grammar is wrong there, somewhere,) but, for us (most of us) it was a half day, and most people also didn't do much work, sooo, the first REAL day of school is tomorra, and im not ready for ap classes!!

Staples is set for enternal damnation!!

Staples is on my hate list for not being open on labour day. I mean, thats the day the parents have their vacation, hence that be the day the children need to go back to school shopping. I need a lock! But was Staples there for me when I needed it the most? No! Binders and backpacks and pens can wait, but locks can't! I am in serious distress. :(

Oh, by the way Liv, I think the parents dinner thingamagic is a super terrific idea, buz i like to cook, and I like my parents. (Yours too, but i kinda like mine more.)

So, yes. Summer is rapidly coming to a close. The times without studying, business, and times with pool parties, friendly gatherings, lazy crazy days, and fish are coming to a close. Well, most of those times anyways. :) I don't want tomorrow to come yet. I'm not ready. I have to practice my performance piece, clean my room, do a load of laundry, and put together my school supplies still. I've been procrastinating. Sorry, I'm distracted.

That dinner sounds awesome Olivia. I'm so up for it. But, beware. If I'm to cook anything, you'll probably all die. Chopping, dicing, mixing and especially mashing are more my forte. And they're fun!

How did summer go by so fast? I feel like it was just yesterday I was saying goodbye to you guys and going to Portugal! But it also feels like a forever ago! I'm not ready to wake up tomorrow and go to school. Much less a NEW school! I'm scared!

I now know how Lisha and Cody feel... I'm now an only child. We dropped my sister off at her house a couple days ago, for university. I've been texting her ever since though which is good. She's off campus, so her colour is orange!

ONE day! Tomorrow... Moment of truth... Highschool. I'm scared now. It's too close! Wahhhh!

Oh, and my parents and I had a really good idea yesterday. We thought it would be fun if I invite all my friends over with their parents for a huge dinner. But, there's a TWIST! WE would cook the food. I love cooking and I'm sure (some of) you guys do too, so tell me what you think!

It's Bobilicious!

Omg... a couple days ago I was at Wondeland... waiting in line. AND BAM! Three large spiders were right above my head, creepy much? Ugh, yuck bad experince!And the people beside me were making fun of my fear of spiders, so when they lost their cellphone on the ride, I laugghed at them.

In other news, I finished Wicked Lovely and it was awesome! One of the best books I've read thsi summer, of course I haven't read a whole lot. So now I'm reading the sequel and I can already tell it's not going to be as good, and the fact that Alicia told me it wasn't as good.

Only...two...more...days! Oh god, I'm getting more nervous by the second. We haven't gotten our time tables yet and it angers me! I want to know my classes! Grr! I'm angered. Oh god, I think I might die, if so. You can all spilt my book collection equally.

Note On Midnight Sun Leak

I have to mention my point of view on this whole leaked Midnight Sun issue.
Reading that note, I have to say that I think the way Stephenie Meyer has been handling this situation is very realistic, understandable, and even quite brave. Posting the link to the site the leaked copy is on so as not to lay guilt on fans unable to resist reading must have been a tough decision, and shows the care she has for each and every one of her fans. I know that from a writer's standpoint, taking a break from the story to truly enjoy the experience must not have been something she enjoyed deciding, but was ultimately the only decision. Don't we all want Stephenie Meyer to be happy and feel more than satisfied with the way Edward's story is written? We won't enjoy it properly if it's not what we know to be Stephenie's best work. I am happy, and have to say have new faith in the abilities of the artist.

Just had to say that to contrast Alicia's heart-shapeless post.

As some of you may have heard, my partial draft of Midnight Sun was illegally posted on the Internet and has since been virally distributed without my knowledge or permission or the knowledge or permission of my publisher.
I have a good idea of how the leak happened as there were very few copies of Midnight Sun that left my possession and each was unique. Due to little changes I made to the manuscript at different times, I can tell when each left my possession and to whom it was given. The manuscript that was illegally distributed on the Internet was given to trusted individuals for a good purpose. I have no comment beyond that as I believe that there was no malicious intent with the initial distribution.
I did not want my readers to experience Midnight Sun before it was completed, edited and published. I think it is important for everybody to understand that what happened was a huge violation of my rights as an author, not to mention me as a human being. As the author of the Twilight Saga, I control the copyright and it is up to the owner of the copyright to decide when the books should be made public; this is the same for musicians and filmmakers. Just because someone buys a book or movie or song, or gets a download off the Internet, doesn't mean that they own the right to reproduce and distribute it. Unfortunately, with the Internet, it is easy for people to obtain and share items that do not legally belong to them. No matter how this is done, it is still dishonest. This has been a very upsetting experience for me, but I hope it will at least leave my fans with a better understanding of copyright and the importance of artistic control.
So where does this leave Midnight Sun? My first feeling was that there was no way to continue. Writing isn't like math; in math, two plus two always equals four no matter what your mood is like. With writing, the way you feel changes everything. If I tried to write Midnight Sun now, in my current frame of mind, James would probably win and all the Cullens would die, which wouldn't dovetail too well with the original story. In any case, I feel too sad about what has happened to continue working on Midnight Sun, and so it is on hold indefinitely.
I'd rather my fans not read this version of Midnight Sun. It was only an incomplete draft; the writing is messy and flawed and full of mistakes. But how do I comment on this violation without driving more people to look for the illegal posting? It has taken me a while to decide how and if I could respond. But to end the confusion, I've decided to make the draft available here (at the end of this message on the Midnight Sun page). This way, my readers don't have to feel they have to make a sacrifice to stay honest. I hope this fragment gives you further insight into Edward's head and adds a new dimension to the Twilight story. That's what inspired me to write it in the first place.
I do want to take a moment and thank the wonderful fans who have been so supportive of me over the past three years. I cannot begin to tell you how much each of you means to me. I only hope this note will stop all the confusion and online speculation so that the Twilight universe can once again become the happy escape it used to be. After this incredibly busy year, I am now focusing on spending more time with my family and working on some other writing projects.
