Ah! Swimming Exam!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! OUR SWIMMING EXAM IS TODAY! I'M NERVOUS! Seriously! Why couldn't the instructors just pass us on our performance throughout this thing? Why does there have to be an exam!? This isn't school! Sheesh!

I honestly just want this to be over and to have me and Sara pass! Don't you ever wish you could zoom forward in time so that you didn't actually have to do something? You only see the outcome? Well that's what I wish now.

On a happier note, I get to go over to Sara's for dinner after! Yay! And I'm going over there early so we can do some commercial filming. We really need to get that done ;P.

Sara, I am very glad you put up that link, because I hadn't found it yet. Emma, I love the cover, it's awesome, no matter how blurry ;P. I'm writing all in orangy reads today. Hmm. Lol.

Alicia xoxo♥

Into The Night Cover

First of all, last night you beat me to putting up that link Sara. Good job, and I hate that we still have to wait for the entire first chapter.

Here's the cover for Into The Night. It's a little fuzzy because I stretched the size, but trust me the original is crystal clear.

I went to a road race (cycling) yesterday at front street downtown. It was really cool and even though it was one and a half hours it didn't feel like that at all. We got to see Saint Lawrence market as well as the two oldest Roman Catholic and Anglican churches in Toronto. We passed Church street downtown to, and let me tell you it was a myriad of colours.

Breaking Dawn! =)

Hey Ya'll, just wanted to inform you about this awesomness link.
http://www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,20203238,00.html

Ya, its a link for a sneak preview of the first chapter of Breaking Dawn. WOOHOO!

So for all you Twilight fans out there. Merry Christmas (well if you were really Twilight fans then you probably already would've found this link, but oh well.)

So thats all I have to say.

Dun Dun DUUUUUUN!

NO ONE is on MSN right now. It's scary! I'm the only one online.... has everyone else died, or something? Gasp....

I'm eating salad while on the computer. Two activities that go together, not really. It is a yummy salad though. There used to be chicken and tomatoes with it, but I ate them all cause they were good.

Bwa.. Gonna go play Moon Tycoon or Phun or something...

City Of Glass Cover

Here it is, the one we've all been waiting for. Sebastian is the dude. The city is Idris, otherwise known as the city of glass (henceforth the title).

Awesome. So I went to Wonderland tonight to take my seasons pass picture and go on two rides. It was fun, but I had to come home and finish my Book In A Box project. Oh well, at least I have Chris and Cathy and their supposedly sinful Jace and Clary-ish relationship to keep me company. Seriously good books guys. Go out and buy Flowers In The Attic. It's totally worth it.

The movie to Flowers in the Attic is nothing like the book, and is sadly totally lame, but it's kind of fun to watch because of that. Here if you want to see it.

I'm having pizza for dinner, yay! It hasn't arrived yet, but it will soon. And Ill do some updating on the sides of our blog while I'm procrastinating from finishing my storyboard.

Happy B-day Katie. I hope you enjoyed the timbits!

OH! Alicia, Andrew LIVES in Toronto~

Thats really all I have to say. Except that cookie and chili apparantly taste good together, according to Wally... And I discovered that juicy fruit and blue powerade don't... Ewwww.....

My tummy feels weird....
--Livi♥

Happy Birthday Katie!

So, I would like to start by saying:
*Happy Birthday To You! HAppy Birthday To You! Happy Birthday Dear Katie! Happy Birthday To You!!!!!*
You have taken off in your metaphorical plane of fourteenhood. Don't crash. (AKA, don't die)

So, Emma, I would like to say something about the Improtant Dates thing. The Niagara Trip is on June 11, 12 and 13, in case you were wondering. God, I can't wait for that! It's going to be awesome, since we're all getting along with everyone again! Or, for you Emma, your forgivness was in the small print that wasn't printed.

I'm writing all in blue today. So, Katie, I insist seeing your puppy as soon as you get it (whenever you do). Chapter 13 is comeing along nicely, and you guys will probably recieve it soon. I think I said that in yesterdays blog. Hmm... oh well. Anyway, that's it. See you guys tomorrow!

Relax Your Panties

Firstly, Katie, relax your panties. You are not old. If you were like, 35 or whatever old is now, I'd say differently. But you are turning fourteen! It's only the beginning of teenagerhood. I'm turning 14 in 5 days and you don't see me freaking out. I don't know why the hell you feel so old, but your not, you are delusional. So take a deep breath, realx your panties, and enjoy your birthday dammit! By the way, I'll be giving you beats tomorrow, whether you like it or not.

Now that that's handled, onto other matters. Emma, I did enjoy coming to church with you, although I felt kinda stupid when I knelt the wrong way when we were leaving. But otherwise, I think I did well. I had fun singing, even though I was just learning the songs then. I'd really like to keep coming, even though I can't come this weekend. I think it will...enhance my religiousness, considering I'm very deprived in that area.

Oh, My God, I can't believe Andrew was here playing music and we missed it! I could have asked him to play OOOH POOPIE, DON"T WORRY, YOU"LL GET YOUR LETTUCE TOMORROW!... Sheesh! I can't believe we missed it.

Lastly, chapter 13 is coming along quite well and I will be able to send it to you soon. But really, only Cody is the only one who sent actual feedback that was more than one word *Cough* Emma*Cough* But, I will overlook it this time seeing as it was not the most exciting chapter, but I will expect lots of feedback from all of you next time!

Alicia xoxo♥

:(

i need some advice peoples...I DON'T WANNA GROW UP...I FEEL SO OLD...WHY DO I FEEL OLD!?!?!!?? I DON'T WANNA GROW UP...HOW COME I CAN'T GO TO NEVERLAND WITH THAT GUY IN THE GREEN TIGHTS....YEA PETER PAN! ITS NOT FAIR....WHAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN'T TAKE THIS! GAH!!

Wahhhh!

SADDDDDD! Alicia, Sara, any Songs to Wear Pants To listener, a sad day. Look. This was posted on the site on April 16:

If you’re in Toronto this weekend, swing by the Labyrinth Lounge (attached to Future’s Bakery), where I’ll be playing a set of cute ukulele/glock tunes as well as some hip-hop.
Sunday, April 20298 Brunswick Avenue(right off Bloor between Bathurst and Spadina)Doors at 8pm$7.

Andrew was playing music here...... I will hide in the corner and cry.

But before that, A while ago, David Z. Price from B20 was named the Sexiest Male Web Host! Its all because of the Speedo Walk... everyone around him was confused...
*sigh*
--Livi♥

A Church Day

So Alicia just came with me to church, and I'm proud to say that she behaved excellently and managed to stay quieter than several crying babies. Good job Alicia! You were also very kind in saying that you enjoyed it, though I'm not sure it's true. And everyone, Alicia had her own little chat with God.

I love chocolate chips. Just plain chocolate chips. They are really really yummy.

I uploaded my Into The Night Manuscript to Wordclay, so I'm just working over the title page etc and then I'll put it up for purchase. I'm not completely sure if I'll order it for everyone. It's really really really expensive. I'd have to get you all to pay more for the shipping, so if you're okay with that tell me, or I won't order it for anyone else but me.

I spent a half hour on our brand new trampoline in the backyard, and let me tell you, it's awesome fun and a great workout. My abs are killing me in the best of ways.

-Emma

Subtle Message, Sophie.

Cody, the song is by Evren. I will send it to you. Why dont you just pirate it like everyone else does? Come on Cody, be a pirate!

I dont know if it will work, but i am in the process of sending to you now.

--Livi♥

To Olivia

Olivia,
I went to download Do I go, and it is no where to be found on itunes. Who's it by again? maybe that'll work. Otherwise, can you send it o me please? If i don't find it, I shall be forced to sing the one line I know over and over again until I die. SO please stop the circle now, and help me find it.

Heii guys,
So I ha a rather broing Saturday. I cleaned my house all day, and my parents are still shampooing the carpet downstairs. So, if you're confused about the title, try this linkk below. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGoi1MSGu64. It's these two guys, and they have their own t.v. show. My fave lines are the Binary solo, and the elephant part. If no one reads this, I shall be mad.

Chickens don't live on mars!

I needed a random title. Anyways. I'm basically bloggin because I read Sophies rant and I thought to myself. "Relax your panties, but fine I'll blog." So I don't really have much to blog about... OH YES! I am still trying to get all the sand out of my mouth and eyes because Ben threw a big chunk of sand in my face. The pain. Not really, it wasnt painful its just kind of annoying to have a bunch of sand suck between your braces and teeth... its rather pooey.

Travis Barker and His Sick Drumming!

Okay, okay Soph, relax your panties, I am blogging. But not for long. I am watching Much's 20 Most Powerful Musicians. Miley Cyrus was #10! 10! I couldn't believe it! Anyway, they showed a bit of this video of Travis Barker, who, for those who don't know, is the drummer for +44 and was the drummer in other bands, like Blink 182. Anyway, I thought you guys should see it, and another video that he did. Here are the 2 links.

Twilight Movie Website

Twilight by Stephenie Meyer has officially wrapped up filming and is now going through the editing stages.
There's a new website at www.twilightthemovie.com that has such things as a section with a blog and video by the director of the film Catherine Hardwicke that can show you some really awesome stuff. Seriously, check it out.
Here's another picture linked from Stephenie Meyer's site involving the scenes in the trees. The trees!

I will die if this movie isn't awesome.

Katie

Blah...

Theres really not much going on. I read Emmas story, AWESOMNESS! I'll be sending feedback later. And Sophie dont think I forgot about you killing my keys. I shall never forgive you!(Unless you buy me Frank.)
I slept over at Alicias last night and appartantly were loud enough for her dad to have heard us. Alicia wanted to jack my blue and white top, so instead of just giving it to her I made her give me one of her tops in exchange. So i now own her tube top and she owns my blue and white shirt. The joys of having friends the same size as you...

--Sara ♥

I'M DONE INTO THE NIGHT!

WOOO! Book one is finito! Yeah! Woohoo! I just thought I should say that, and that I'm going to my grandma's the rest of the weekend.
Sounds like you had fun in Europe Olivia, and let me tell you, I'm super jealous! I've gotta go now, so talk to everyone later!

-Emma

P.S. Still 'woohoo' ing!

Bonjour From Paris!

French keyboards are confusing! The A and Q are switched, and weird keys are everywhere.

So, it has been one awesome time in Europe! Seriously though, Paris is less confusing than London. They at least drive on the same side as us, so it's less likely to get hit from that. The drivers however are crazy (like this keyboard! I keep losing the M key!!!) The French isn't so confusing though. It's easier than you think. Mind you, Merci, Pardon, and Excusé Moi are quite handy to know.

I got my grad dress and shoes and some bright blue bracelets. The clothes here are really cool. The fashions here and in London aren't very different than at home.

Went to the Louvre yesterday and saw the Mona Lisa! The painting itself is s,aller than you think, but it's really pretty. We walked all around the museum, and my feet were killing me! But it was all worth it for Angelina's chocolat. TIP: If you go to Paris, get your butt down to 226 Rue de Rivoli, and try this amazing hot chocolate. It's like drinking liquid chocolate with just a drop of milk. YUM!

So I really hope you guys are all having fun back at home! I'm leaving tomorrow to come back to everyone. I'm going to leave at SEVEN IN THE MORNING! I HAVE TO GET UP AT FOUR THIRTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wahhhhh............

Well, Salut!
By the way, it's 1:50 P.M here!

New CoG Cookie! And A Response from Cassie herself!

Here's another cookie from City Of Glass posted by Cassandra Clare. In response to one of my questions, Cassie talked about how she's spoken once to Stephenie Meyer and it was mostly Stephenie asking for spoilers on CoG. When you're the author of Twilight and you ask for spoiler, you get it. She also mentioned that she's excited about the Twilight movie, so Cassie's hopeful. Oh, and this cookie contains the first look Sebastian! No sign of Jace though, hmm...

Eventually the gravel road gave way to dirt and then to rutted mud.
The horse slowed down to find its footing and Clary started to breathe
again. She was almost beginning to enjoy the ride when they crested a
hill and Sebastian pulled up short. “This is it.”
Clary stared. It was a tumbled mass of charred, blackened stone,
recognizable as something that had once been a house only by outline —
there was a hollowed chimney, still pointing toward the sky, and there
a chunk of wall with a glassless window gaping in its center. Weeds
grew in among the foundation, green among the black. “I don’t
understand,” she said. “Why are we here?”
“You don’t know?” Sebastian asked softly, and when she shook her head,
he said, “This was where your mother and father lived. Where your
brother was born. This was Fairchild Manor.”

By the way, I'm jazzed about Sophie and my business project too. What's better than café ESpresso?

Who Knew A Buisness Project Could Be Fun?!

So as you know (except for Livi, and if you don't know I will assume you were asleep in class today) we got that buisness project today. And I was actually surprised as me and Sara talked about it that it might actually be fun! Sara and I are really excited to do our commercial, since it will probably tunr out as random as we are. And coming up with a name and a flyer and logo seems fun too! I actually think we'll have fun doing this project! Who knew?

Liv, hope your having fun in Paris, although you probably can't read this from there, at least you'll know we didn't forget you while you were gone. Hope you don't forget my cute French boy, and I hope he bathes. Hee hee.

Don't know if you guys saw, but the cool beatboxing guy also did stuff like the Mario Theme, the Inspector Gadget Theme and...oh yeah, the theme to Sesame Street(If any of you remember it!) It's really cool.

So, after reading Emma's chapter, I have to conclude that it was awesome! I'm not going to say much in case some of you haven't read it, but at least Notch was back! *Sniffle* I missed him. Okay, I will say no more.

Steal a French Boy for Me too!!!!

Heii guys!!!
So, Livi your off in London? Or is it Paris first? Anyway, remember that you have to go to an internet cafe and make fun of all the french typing going on around you. So anyway, I was wondering if maybe you could steal a french boy for me too. Just make sure he likes funny hats! I will personally pay all shipping fees. Anyway, hope you have a good trip.
So I sent everyone a copy of chapter 7. emma and Alicia were good and read it AND sent feedback. Sara and Sophie, HURRY UP!!!! Working on chapter 8, and it will be avaliable in stores(or your inboxes) by the end of thursday or friday.
Should I buy my grad photos(the retakes were decent THANK GOD!!)? I really don't know. My dad says he needs a new wallet shot though.
Anyways, I'm probably boring you, so I'll go now.
~Cody.
P.S. Livi, don't forget to put a stamp on my french boy

Nothing Really...

Heya! So, not doing much today. I will be writng more of my story later. I am currently actually signed in to MSN! GASP! I know, it's a rare occurance. Hmm.. what else... Well, nothing really, so I suppose I will end this blog here. How boring am I? Hopefully I'll have more exciting stuff to say later, or tomorrow.

I have nothing else to say.

Soph<3

Charlie The Unicorn 2

Hiya!

Haven't done much today. Made my mom breakfast in bed. Me and my dad had a little trouble with my mom's espresso/ latte/whatever machine. We ended up getting water and steam everywhere. I know, how do you get steam everywhere right? I dunno, but we did. It was funny. Then we gave my mom the flower and the collages that I made. I've just been writing and reading since then. I've been listening to the Across The Universe soundtrack all day too. Well, except when I was reading.

Hmm..what else? Oh, did anyone see Charlie The Unicorn 2? Sara told me about it, then I watched it. I don't know if the way it is in words is going to work, cuz I don't actually know how to do it, Emma you need to show me. So here's the link if that doesn't work. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QFCSXr6qnv4

Good News! Or...Not...

Hey, how goes it?

Random beginning. One excellent part of my day was that I found out that Sara and I do not have swimming next week. Then it was ruined when we found out we had to go in Friday for free swim to practise Spinal Rollovers. I'm too lazy to explain what those are for those of you who don't know. Either way, it sucks.

I just finished watching the episode of the O.C. where Oliver (barf) goes crazy and Ryan talks him out of killing himself. I tell ya, that guy is good to have around if you need a speech.

Emma, I hope your Confirmation Party went well, and hopefully I can come to church with you next week. Liv, I'd give you my address except that this is the internet and I am paranoid. I'll email it to you though. If you don't get it, I still expect a cute French boy or a cool hat with my name on it to come back with you. Don't cheap me off in the boy department like Katie did when she came back from her cruise.

Alicia xoxo♥

Anxious

A few hours until I shall be leaving.

I will attempt to kidnap a few cute french boys for you guys. I'll store them in my suitcase. I hope customs won't get too suspicious.

Will anyone volunteer their address for me? I want to send a postcard to you guys. An address will be helpful in that part.

Does anyone know how to load maps on a Garmin nuvi 260 GPS? I don't know how to... apparently you can get free maps of Europe, but I can't figure it out.

Well, back to waiting...

Cute French Boys and Chosen

If I felt like a rebel, I would swear and tell the whole world to piss off right now. But I don't feel like a rebel. I feel like a child who has been scarred by a certain book I like to call, Chosen. Thank you for allowing me the torture by finishing early Sara. I think I should probably mention that I started reading the book at 3:20, and finished at about 6:00. Easy peasy. And it made me angry and possibly gave me a stomach ache. Oh well, it's not like I have to wait until fall or anything for the next one. Fall! The humanity! By the way Sara, there's going to be six House of Night books, not five. Yup, more pain and waiting. The joy!

Olivia, I would also like to request a cute French boy. Preferably one who is tall, dark and mysterious, and so help me god is not named Loren. Edward maybe.

Alicia, I'm glad you're not dead because of my obscenely long feedback.

And I took off the old dates. I'll have to take my party off tomorrow because technically it hasn't happened even though it's less than twenty four hours away. I also will be adding the House of Night series to our books, as well as books we're waiting for and a link to the site. I'm also adding a link to the awesome website of The Mundanes podcast because it's all about The Mortal Instruments and is truly AWESOME.

Emma

Saras back back back... Back again! Saras back!

It seems like awhile since I've blogged. So here I am, I know thats no big deal because I'm not that special... unless your talking about my intelligence, then yes I'm special.

So, today I finished Chosen. And now I have to wait all the way till fall for the next one... WAA!!! I didnt except so many people to want to read it. 5 people.

Didn't do all that much today, studied for swimming *gag* which the only plus side was reading Lishas story. I KNEW I WAS RIGHT! Anyhow... then I walked my dog. Read a bit. And here I am.

LIVI I WANT A CUTE FRENCH BOY AND A FUNNY LITTLE HAT PLEASE!!!! :)
I'm gonna miss you! Whos gonna help me draw the new piggy tales?

--Sara♥

Cute French Boys

Hey Guys!

I haven't yet recieved much feedback on my murder chapter, which I will be needing people! Emma, thank you for the huge feedback paragraph that gave me 'a huge headache and possibly a couple brain anyeurisms" I probably spelled that wrong. Also, Emma, about three of the dates on the 'important dates' thingy have passed. Just letting you know. Maybe you could put Until Niagara Falls Trip and Until End Of School on there! Just a suggestion. Um, what happened today... me and Sara studied for swimming (barf) and walked the dog. Dylan scares me, but that's not new. Oh and Livi, whenever you read this, have fun in Paris!(says with accent). Or, if you have gotten back when you read this, hope you had fun! We all miss you already! Bring me back a cute French boy! So, I guess that's it. Send lots of feedback!

"your buttons undone" lMAO EMMA

hey butt heads its Katie. i just came back from Emma's conformation(BTW: congrats) and it was SO funny. OK Emma had to wear these white robes(like we did for the grad photos) and we both went into the basement to return them. So when we were walked towards the table this guy said to Emma:" your buttons undone" or something. and the both of us were like "WTF??!?!" don't get me wrong but the guy was REALLY good looking. So then we went back upstairs and we say this blond guy who was also REALLY good looking. I later realized that the blond guy's name was Ryan and is Cassidy's boyfriend.
once again congrats Emma!!!!!

My book is here!

My book, Within Hewitt Manor, has finally arrived! Yahoo! (Like the website.) I signed a couple after cleaning my room, buying a dress for my confirmation, and talking with Katie on the phone. I had a very long evening. And I am not ashamed to say that I've read chapter one of my own book so far. I've been planning out the specifics of a scene at the start of the climax, so Thursday I will be able to write more. Tomorrow is a no-no (not like my grandpa) because I have my preparing for confirmation, my actual confirmation, and my confirmation after-party. Not to mention the party-party on Saturday and then church- possibly with Alicia- on Sunday. And the whole time I'll be waiting to go through the ceremony, I'll have to listen to a couple of brain dead bozos who almost positively have toxoplasma in their heads. (And I don't mean Katie and my cousin Victoria. I'm sure you can guess who.)

So I am now Emma Rita as of my Confirmation tomorrow, and the church will know me only as so. My Nana will be happy, that's her first name. (Rita, not Emma.) I have to go memorize the seven gifts and nine fruits of the Holy Spirit.

Nothing In Particular

Ok, so this particular blog isn't really about anything. Let's see, what was interesting about today? Sophie didn't chop Emma's head off when she was told Sara read The Crossing of Ingo before her. YAY SOPH! Most people like their heads attached, I know I do.

Whwn Sophie, Sara and I were walking home from band, these guys in a red car were driving backwards next to us with the passenger door open. Then this guy, Freaky Guy, gets out and starts possibly following us. So we were walking really fast, and Sophie goes, "Alicia, cell phone, cell phone, cell phone," while I'm struggling to get the stupid thing out of my pocket. It was one of those times were I desperately wished I had my key in between my fingers so I could stab if I needed to. Luckily nothing happened, Freaky Guy got back in the car and they drove away. I was scared though!

City of Glass Excerpt

From Cassandra Clare. Cookies are mean! I need to know, I need to know!

The moment the door shut behind Clary, Jace slumped back against the
wall, as if his legs had been cut out from under him. He looked gray
with a mixture of horror, shock, and what looked almost like . . .
relief, as if a catastrophe had been narrowly avoided.
“Jace,” Alec said, taking a step toward his friend. “Do you really
think —”
Jace spoke in a low voice, cutting Alec off. “Get out,” he said. “Just
get out, both of you.”
“So you can do what?” Isabelle demanded. “Wreck your life some more?
What the hell was that about, Jace?”
Jace shook his head. “I sent her home. It was the best thing for her.”
“You did a hell of a lot more than send her home. You destroyed her.
Did you see her face?”
“It was worth it,” said Jace. “You wouldn’t understand.”
“For her, maybe,” Isabelle said. “I hope it winds up worth it for
you.”
Jace turned his face away. “Just . . . Leave me alone, Isabelle.
Please.”
Isabelle cast a startled look toward her brother. Jace never said
please. Alec put a quieting hand on her shoulder. “Never mind, Jace,”
he said, as kindly as he could. “I’m sure she’ll be fine.”
Jace raised his head and looked at Alec without actually looking at
him — he seemed to be staring off at nothing. “No, she won’t,” he
said. “But I knew that. Speaking of which, you might as well tell me
what you came in here to tell me. You seemed to think it was pretty
important at the time.”
Alec took his hand off Isabelle’s shoulder. “I didn’t want to tell you
in front of Clary —”
Jace’s head snapped back and his eyes focused on Alec. “Didn’t want to
tell me what in front of Clary?”
Alec hesitated. It was clear that Jace was pushed to the limit right
now, and he could only imagine what effect further unpleasant
surprises might have on him. But there was no way to hide this. Jace
had to know.

I wish I was away in Ingo...

I wish I was away in Ingo

I loved The Crossing of Ingo! My favourite of the series with it's infinite glory and its finality! And I love, love, love Faro!!! Ingo is number four in my top favourite book series. Harry Potter (obviously as it is a part of my very soul), Twilight (Edward, duh?), The Mortal Instruments (Jace, lots of angst), and Ingo! There are a few more after that, but I'm stopping at Ingo. It was such a great story you guys, so great! Helen Dunmore is an exceptionally good writer, she takes me with her in her stories and has some of the most heart felt lines I've ever read and these are books for early teens! I LOVE INGO!

Here's the link to the trailer for Ingo.

So, switching from one series to another... City of Glass is coming out in March, and Cassandra Clare has decided to torment us with a small tidbit of the front cover. And yes, it is Sebastian.

So far, it's looking good. But there's no shirtlessness this time! I guess it's only a Jace thing.
